As the firm continues to see unprecedented growth, it became obvious that there was a need to expand the firm’s management team. To assist in running the day-to-day operations, LMC has added the following two newly created positions:

| Dmitriy Guller has joined as the firm’s Chief Technology Officer. Dmitriy brings over 20 years of IT experience and has managed and led IT teams for other large CPA firms. |

Brandon SmithChief Human Resource Officer

| Brandon Smith has joined as the firm’s Chief Human Resource Officer. Brandon brings many years of experience in human resources and his expertise and innovative ideas will continue to shape the firm’s HR department. |
