Distressed Debt Investment
- LMC Ventures purchased 18 non-performing mortgages in the NYC metro area at a significant discount to market.
Bridge Loan on 3 NYC Townhouses
- Short term bridge loan collateralized by three Manhattan townhomes yielding a 15% return to investors.
